At-risk young people, between the ages of 11 and 23, who
may:
- want to take vocational training courses or earn their GEDs;
- have been sexually, physically, and/or emotionally abused;
- need safe alternatives to street living, prostitution and crime;
- are making transitions from a street culture to more traditional
lifestyles;
- have been, or are currently, involved in the juvenile justice
system.
